Today's "overweight women"

On the radio this morning they were talking about a study that was done, comparing the household activity level of women today to women in the 60's. Apparently women today to 60% less cooking and cleaning (instead spending that time sedentary) and they are trying to correlate that information to women being more overweight.

Just wondering what your thoughts are?

Does exercise elevate your mood?

I find that after a good workout I do feel more relaxed and less stressed. I haven't paid much attention to my emotional state though, some people say they are in an over all good mood after a workout. How do you feel after a good workout?

Do you prefer fats or carbohydrates?

You've got to fill them calories up somehow!

What do you prefer to fill them with, carbs or fats?

I personally only eat fatty meat/fish and some nuts daily and that adds up to 55-65 grams of fat for me, which is 20-25% of my calories.

I prefer carbohydrates :) I'm quite a active so they benefit me more than the fat.
